Jeremy came out very promptly to look at our issue, and took his time to explain what he thought the problem was, and how best to fix it. He offered a few options, and even recommended we contact our original roofers in case the roof was still under labor warranty. He definitely seemed more interested in getting the problem fixed the best way possible than in making a quick sale. The only issue I had was needing to prod them a bit to get me the price and contract, but that was partially because we were so anxious to get the work done and over with. Once we were on the schedule, the work was done quickly and has fixed our leak!
