Joe Battisti review about company Sunline Roofing Inc.

On behalf of Roma Building Restoration Ltd.: After posting my review, we received the following e-mail from Juan Bautista, the owner of Sunline. We were disappointed by this response as we are now being threatened again, in addition to being insulted. This type of childish response only serves to reinforce our previous post. As a clarification to the response below, we could no longer tolerate Sunline’s ongoing deliberate inability to meet the contract schedule that we advised him that if he continues to ignore the Client’s needs, we would have no choice but to replace his crew with an alternate last minute crew. Juan immediately decided to simply walk off the site, even though he was paid in full for the representative work completed at that time. In our opinion, we do not feel that this is the respectful and proper way to run a business. Again, lessons learned, we will not make the mistake of trusting and relying on a company like Sunline again.
