J review about company Total Deck Care

Had my log cabin stained. They supplied their workers with a different stain than was agreed upon. Stain didn't take in all places, left drip marks, and began to lose color less than a year later. While power washing the cabin to prepare for staining, water and dirt seeped through to the inside of the house, and they promised to clean it up. Took almost a year before they came back to do so, (I was told in the beginning they were no big deal, and a special cleaner they carried would take care of it)... the stains had been left so long that they had to be sanded off, and now I have discolored sanded areas in one of the bedroom walls and in the living room. Crew was hard working, but there was very little communication between the office and their crew. Very disappointing, and we will not be using them again.
