Marc McCarthy review about company East Coast Urethane

They did our roof a few years ago and installed some gutters last year. We've got leaks in the roof and one of the gutters is sagging badly because of faulty installation. Another gutter is leaking at a seam. All work is under warranty. They told us months ago they'd fix our problems, but we keep getting put off for later, apparently. I've been calling them regularly. Want me to remove this bad review? Fix our gutters and roof, and I'll take it down.
