andrew gennard review about company Heritage Home Improvements Ltd

I had a phone call the night before Heritage we’re meant to come and quote me for gutters, facias and soffits. I was asked if I was married. I said yes I am and was then told that unless my wife was present that they couldn’t give me a quote or even attend. I explained that my wife has absolutely no interest in guttering whatsoever and also finishes work quite late but was told without her there they wouldn’t be able to give me a quote and it was “company policy”. I was then told that they could come when my wife was back and they could come late (up to 8pm) however, my wife and I don’t want salesmen in the house when our young child is in bed. It is a company policy that I can’t understand no matter how much I try. I had the cash in the bank and was very eager to get the work done. After reading some of the reviews on here I’m glad I’m not going to be spending my money with this Mickey Mouse company. Dodged a bullet so cheers for your bizarre policy. 👍👍
