amy shumate review about company Beinert Roofing & Restoration LLC

Very disappointed. The day I called to get quote I received a call back right away. The gentleman said he would go measure that day. I have yet to receive a call back. I have called daily this week. Receptionist is nice but I still am not getting a call back from the contractor. I understand roofing companies are busy with Harvey claims. Though when someone calls daily you should at least call them back especially when you said you were going out the day you originally spoke. Is it because I'm not using insurance?
