Rang and explained that I had water pouring through my daughters bedroom ceiling. Took time off work and waited for several hours. He didn't turn up, and has not returned messages. I understand that there are more profitable jobs out there, but he promised he would turn up, and he could at least ring me and let me know he was not coming, instead of wasting my time. You are putting the safety of my children at risk, and you should be ashamed of yourself.
