Dustin Webb review about company A New Millennium Sprayfoam Roofing

We set up an appointment several days in advance to have someone check the roof for some warranty repairs where it was separating from the structure. The day of the appointment we called to double check the time and they had no record of the appointment anywhere. So they ended up coming over while no one was home, they fixed some other parts that needed patched but neglected the separation part of the roof, and told me on the phone that it was "no big deal." The hole created by the separation was 4 feet long and 2 inches wide and clearly visible from the side of the house, therefore the exact opposite of "no big deal." I respectfully and repeatedly asked if the separation was covered under the warranty and if they would be fixing it. Instead of just stating yes and yes they would be out to fix it when there was an opening. I was repeatedly trying to be sold on more work needed elsewhere on the roof, which I agreed but did not have funding for. Then after trying to sell me more work for the fourth time, in which I replied "either the separation is or is not covered under warranty," Rodney then raised his voice with me and again told me the hole in my roof was "not a big deal, that he needed to speak to the landlord." So they spoke the next day and guess what? He tried to sell her the same things he tried to sell me. Turns out she told him the same thing I did almost word for word, and would you know it the following week he was out there and repaired the damn roof. All of this could have been easily taken care of but the way it was handled resulted in this nice comment.
