Poor communication, they will always charge customers even if it's warranty work for any repairs if u refuse to pay bill they cancel customers roof warranty. U can never talk to to owner or management that can help MAKE SURE U TALK TO CENTIMARK CUSTOMERS THEY DID NEW ROOFS U NOT FIND ANYONE WITH GOOD COMMENT.
