719beauty review about company All In One Contractors

I'll try to make this as short as possible. Basically don't waste your time on this company. 2nd hail storm of 2018 Colorado Springs, CO. August. Needed house and shed roof replaced, gutters, siding, drywall, sky light and patio cover. Was given time frame 2weeks, per Joel Speckman. Work not started for two months. All calls and voicemails left unanswered. My insurance agent had to reach out to them to call me back. Brenda is all the time lost and never knows what is going on. Roofing materials left on front yard over 24hours. Roofers waking me up one morning was my notification they were starting. Dumpster parked next to my car and all roofing materials that didn't go in there ended up on the car. Was unaware if the job was finished or if they were coming back. They left the dumpster blocking my garage door, never tacked back down the satellite wires and I'm unsure if they replaced the shed roof because I honestly never saw them in the back yard. Also my husband got on the roof and there are soft spots. If I would have known the roofers were also doing the skylight I would have removed or covered all my bathroom decor and rugs. Instead there was a big dusty debris filled mess for me to clean. The skylight was leaking and the wood was unpainted! They did send someone to fix it but the replaced wood still looks unprofessional. It took 3months for the siding work to start and the old siding was left in my yard. The gutters were replaced and had to be adjusted because they were not draining completely. Joel came to do the final walk thru. I advised him the patio cover had not been replaced or the drywall. He proceeded to tell me that his company does not do that kind of work. Even though he included this in his original estimate. I informed my insurance company and they had to go to arbitration to get those funds back. All said and done it was February before everything was taken care of. We are first time home owners and this was a nightmare. Next time I will have the insurance company pay me instead and will never go thru another All In One company again
