Nona Diane review about company Tri County Roofing and Repair

Terrible customer service!! First called on 6/5 and someone said "Michael" will call me back for an appointment. No return call. I called back and left a message on 6/7 - still no return phone call until yesterday 6/13. Scheduled appointment for 6/14 between 4-5......at 6:05 shows up and just proceeds to get on the roof without a knock on the door. Sorry, if that's how you present your business I'd really hate to have to deal with you if there was a problem with your work or delays. Communication is key!!
