B Dickey review about company Promax Coating Systems

If I could give 0 stars I would. A job that was meant to take about 3 weeks ended up taking over 2 months and even then I told them not to come back I would finish it. Now where to start, we got our roof sprayed and at first I was happy but then all the problems started. The guy who sprayed our roof left a bag of paint up there and it ended up going all over the roof, our deck and house and it took them over 2 weeks to clean and even then still didn't clean it all. The roof has runs and you can still see some white paint on our green roof. We had lots of other problems that took ages to fix or I ended up doing myself as they were taking to long or just weren't doing. It took them over a month to replace a light which they broke twice and both times didn't tell us. They would have to be one of the worst companies to deal with. The sales man Alex(who will just make excuses and take no responsibility and just blame everyone else) will tell you one thing then the boss Warren will say another. It took me going into there offices and saying they need to get back to fix or I would be getting another company to complete at there cost. Now they came to us looking for work then when I was asking them to come and fix/complete the job I was told they were busy as they had to much work on and would get there when they could. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
