Charles Zimmer review about company Hise Roofing

No one answers the phone during business hours. Leave a message and no one calls you back. When you do get someone they tell you that they will get back to you. Still waiting on an estimate requested last week. Estimate was supposedly done yesterday, but still no response since I called this morning. Was told someone would call me back and discuss the estimate. Waited all day, 7: 30 on a Friday night and still no response. Their work may be good but their customer service is terrible. When you are in business the customer or future customer is your future. Good luck in your future, you may need it. I will choose a contractor that follows through. No excuses necessary.
