My experience with storm guard was definitely a positive one. Jeff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my roof replacement. He spent time helping me chose our new roof, explained everything in simple terms, always answered my calls or returned them in a timely manner, bumped my installation to an earlier date as we had some interior leakage from the old roof, advocated on our behalf with the adjuster, assisted me in registering my warranties, and is working on getting me a free pack of extra roofing shingles Incase someday down the road some may blow off; as this can happen with any new roof if high winds are predicted. I can not express the attention to detail and the positive customer service I received. Jeff and James are two of the most patient and polite men I have ever met and customer service is at the top of their priorities. 99.9 percent of my dealings with this company were with Jeff and I would like the owner of this company know what a huge asset Jeff is to his company. And honestly, because Jeff made us feel so at ease during our initial contact, is the main reason we chose Storm Guard for our roof replacement. And to top it all off, my new roof is absolutely beautiful, because Jeff helped me chose the shingle color, he definitely has a good eye for this. Thank you Storm Guard for a flawless and stressless experience!
