Patrick Vaughn review about company RNP Roofing

Had Richard from RNP roofing come out to replace my roof. Was told it would take a day. They started the job July 3rd 2018. Of course they didn't finish in one day. Was told they would return July 5th. Only July 6th after multiple phone calls and my roof still not completed I got a hold of Richard and he informed me he "forgot" he had a trip to Florida and would be back July 9th to finish the roof. On July 10th the roof was finally finished. Except the roof had issues on a brand new just installed roof I already had an issue which he immediately fixed. They also forgot to install vents for the bathroom fans. Then in October I discover a roof leak, not just a leak a hole in my roof. Richard again came out and fixed it but this was a brand new roof. Since then I discovered nails which were left behind and smashed into the shingles, missing roof tar on exposed nails, and a leaking vent stack flashing. RNP also installed a roof for my mother-in-law. She's now on her second roof leak. I had to withhold payment on my roof to get Richard out to fix her roof the first time. If you want your roof done cheap go with RNP. If you want your roof done right find someone else.
