John Lewis review about company Tim Graboski Roofing Inc

I paid a deposit in March for a re-roof project. They removed by old roof 2 months later (in May), which they did advise may be delayed. New tile was drop-shipped by the manufacturer promptly thereafter. Now, in late July, I am still waiting for tile installation. Thus, the tile has been sitting at my house 1.5 months for Tim Graboski to return for install. Calling the office as a current customer routinely sends the call to a phantom voicemail box. Indeed, I hired this company because they low-balled the estimate (in part by excluding most lumber & permits). I absolutely concur with some other reviews that their office has very apathetic communication, which has caused me time & money. I regret my decision to hire Tim Graboski.
