Aslihan Yildiz review about company Accurate Roofing & Siding

I cannot recommend this company. I decided to go with them after reading the positive reviews here. They promise the world to you and then don't even do the minimum job right. Here are my issues: 1. Our chimney cap had come off before the roof change and the company guaranteed that as part of the job they would fix it. I watched the guy "fix" it: he hopped to get the cap to stay on the chimney and didn't actually take a ladder or tools to fasten the cap. The first wind that came our way, the cap flew off. 2. Apparently roof changes come with optional skylight window changes (at an extra cost) - which we were never offered as an option (though I had specifically asked about what to do regarding the fact that we had an issue with the skylight BEFORE the job was done- they said they would caulk around it, but did not give me the option to change it). I only found out after the job was done and when I asked the manager how come I wasn't given the option, he said I said we had no problems with our skylight. 3. They had to replace some wooden boards (at an extra charge), and I stood there, watched and counted that they only replaced one plank. I got charged for two and when I brought it up, the manager said his men said it was two (the problem is there is no accountability since the manager was not on site and I was not on the roof, so I have to go by what the worker says even though I know they used only one. They were a group of Hispanic workers and I can't directly communicate with them). 4. I has asked the manager if he will be on the job and he said he comes by each job. Well, I watched most of the job being done and he wasn't there - not him nor his car. So even if he did swing by, it was so short that it cannot be called "being on the job". So, I think they were too rushed, too unsupervised and therefore too unprofessional. I heard the workers use a few curse words in front of me in Spanish (I understand a few of the most common ones). That's really unprofessional. Go with a company where the owner is actually on the job and with him you can communicate on the spot.
