A terrible experience. Last year was good, this year was different. They washed out all of the sand on my brick pavers. Steven's customer service skills and professionalism were lacking. He was also passive aggressive about getting paid (to put it nicely). He left a wet and illegible invoice under the doormat. I mailed him a full-payment check for $300 to the address on his website within a week. When I inquired to make sure he received payment (because the check had cashed) he ranted that I sent it to the wrong address and then insinuated I was trying stiff him. What? Wow.
