Lori Larsen review about company Knockout Roofing

I called today to schedule an appointment for a bid on a roof replacement. I got an appointment via their customer service line. Shortly after Chris Hardy called to tell me he couldn't accommodate that date/time. He did offer other times but when I explained I wouldn't be the one meeting with him he was put out, questioning me on everything, feeling it wasn't okay to not be meeting with the person paying for the roof (the person he would be meeting with is fully authorized to make all decisions). I decided I didn't feel good about this process and how I was being treated so I called to cancel the appointment. When explaining I wanted to cancel he immediately and abruptly hung up on me, not saying a word. Please know what you are getting with this company - terrible personal and customer service skills. Beware and be careful if you chose Knockout Roofing!
