If there is any chance you can get another roofing company to handle your needs, please, for your own mental health, do so. I have been fighting for the better part of a year to get any of the promises followed through with. I still owed them a small amount, waiting for my final inspection. I found a 4ft piece of rotted facia that they missed. So when Chris made the 5th call in two weeks requesting that payment, I again assured him that payment would be maid when job completed. Chris stopped by to see for himself what it going to take to get paid. Well he noticed that my gutters also needed to be replaced. So he promised me that he would have his crew, he is in charge of the gutter division, install the small amount of gutters at no charge if I paid him right then. A little bit more talk and it was decided that I would pay the office next day. The deal was gutters to be done Wednesday or Thursday, he would have a crew around the corner. Well Friday I was promised Monday or Tuesday. Well Tuesday I was told that quit on Monday and they had no idea what I was talking about. Thanks for all your support Campbell Roofing and Sheet Metal.
