Michelle Adler review about company Tru-Colors Restoration

So far not impressed at all, emergency repair as a tree fell on our patio roof. My home owners insurance connected us. When I tell my agent I hadn’t heard from someone after a day, he tells me that Jason said he left me a voicemail. No voicemail. I call this Jason, he tells me there is no way they can address it today since I wasn’t around?? But he will get his guys out tomorrow between 8-8:30. His guys, show up at 9:10, smoke in my yard and use a rope I left in the yard to just sort of pull it down. Then his guys can’t get there shredder going, they have to send another crew because there is ice on the roof. It is a comedy of errors but it isn’t funny. Thank goodness it wasn’t part of the house itself. I would NOT trust them with my home. Hopefully they finish today. The tree has been hanging off my roof for two days.
