david goldstein review about company Keefer's Roofing

We are an insurance agency here in Cottonwood and represent our client that has used this business to replace a roof. Unlike most roofing companies, they refused to submit the estimate to the carrier on behalf of the insured. The roof was replaced several weeks ago and since the insured did not know they were supposed to submit the estimate the roofing company has not been paid yet. In only a matter of weeks the roofer threatened the insured that he would Lien the home if not paid immediately. Our office spoke to the owner and he was rude and obnoxious. He then proceeded to call the client " Old and Stupid ". He was completely belligerent when we were trying to step in and help our insured get the claim paid. This is not a business I would use as there are several very good roofing companies in the Verde Valley that are very easy to deal with and have integrity. Name calling someone old and stupid is over the line .
