Ashly Long review about company American Dream Home Improvement

Worst experience ever. We were sold by a rep who knocked on our door and told us about how we could have our roof replaced with using our insurance. It sounded to good to be true but after talking with my insurance and having someone from them look at it they reassured me it would be covered. I was told my roof would be done in early November and it would only take a whole day. It wasnt even done until a couple days before Christmas and took 2 half days to complete but it was really hard to get the crew to come do the work. Also they did not clean up very well and I was told multiple times that someone would come back and clean. Its mid January and I'm still finding shingles and worst of all nails. I brought up their horrible rating on the BBB website to the sales guy and of course he tells me that companies have to pay for their rating and that they didnt do that. I am glad that it is over with but it was very stressful.
