Jennifer Cersosimo review about company O'LINCHY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LLC.

There were some things we liked about the work performed, but the finishing and follow through was lacking. The reason for only two out of 5 is because we reported a problem, he replied, then has blown us off. This leaves me feeling disappointed and surprised by his actions when he has gotten such good reviews. He presented himself very professional, had good references, so we trusted that he would be the best one for the job. We have lots more work to be done in our house, but would never consider or recommend him considering the experience. I do not live at the house where the work was done and only get there once a week. Upon completion I had some concerns. He came over to address them and I was convinced we would continue to use him for our other work and he would take care of the concerns we discussed. We had already agreed to have some one else paint the drywall. When they finished, it revealed the quality of work more clearly. I had been in contact trying to consider him for another project, but decided to go with someone else considering what I was seeing. Then I went to use an outlet that he had added on the second floor. Didn't work all. So, my husband informed him of the outlet, as well as, another concern he had. When my husband realized he was mistaken about the other concern, he admitted his mistake and asked to have the outlet fixed. He never heard back from Ben. Then about a week or so later, I went to put on some wall plates and found that only 2 out of the 7 went on well. 3 more went on, but they took more effort. The last two had holes/gaps around the right edge. The triple switch was sinking in more on the left side and a bit crooked. I contacted Ben, reminded him of the outlet that doesn't work, and sent him a picture of the wall plate with that hole all along the right side. I asked him to rectify the situation and told him when my husband was available. He replied "will do". I thanked him, but neither one of us has heard from him since then. That was 4 days ago. Instead of giving him a review after he blew my husband off first time, we gave him a chance to fix the problem. I really thought he would man up and do it. Such a shame that things had to end this way.
