Todd seems like a very nice individual, however he is unable to service all customers. We need a roof repair which he gave us estimates 3 weeks ago in person. After reaching out to him 3 times by phone and filling out his contact form online once the word of mouth estimate was complete, we haven’t heard a word from him. I am very disappointed as I read reviews about his customer service. His company is undeserving of a 5 star review after the poor customer service we received. We were easy money but apparently the job wasn’t large enough or costly enough for his time.
