Fabian Ouchterlony review about company Proact Property Maintenance Ltd

I work for the Multiple Sclerosis Society and we manage a property in Barnet that was bequeathed to us as a legacy. Proact fixed a long-lasting issue with water ingress into the property from the roof that had not been correctly fixed by a previous company, and have carried out gas and safety checks and work to the inside of the property as well, all in a timely, courteous and very efficient manner. The previous company that we used had not been able to fix the water ingress issue and were a nightmare to deal with but Proact were able to diagnose the issue and provided photographs of the problem area on the roof before and after their intervention. I highly recommend Proact based on my experience of using their services.
