Do not use Chris. He comes across like he cares about his customers and will be solely responsible for any issues that come up and says he stands by his work. Its all a sham. He came to clean my chimney and did not put the cap back on correctly. My neighbor watched the cap pop off and land on my roof while he was still at the property. She saw him come out of my house, look up at the cap and leave without fixing it. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt so I called him and he promised he would return to put the cap back on and he never showed. Of course it rained and my chimney was not protected. My husband had to climb up on the roof days later to put the cap back on and noticed the chimney was not cleaned well at all. This is not how someone should do business. We will not be using him again.
