I had a very positive experience. My roof was installed the summer of 2017. I fully expected to have ice dams this year as I have had them before when we get snow like we did this winter (2018/2019), but I didn't have any water issues. I took away 1 star because a shingle is popping up and the gutter covers are glued in. I risk damaging the roof if I need to remove the covers (they're supposed to be clipped in the front then slid under the shingle line, not glued in). This will cause problems if I need to either replace the covers or gutters before the next roof.
