Holden Roofing has a very impressive, well designed, and well executed business model. Everyone we dealt with, from sales to installers to quality inspection follow up were knowledgeable, worked hard to achieve the promised outcome in a timely manner, and they were a pleasure to work with. From a customer perspective the process was painless and quick. The new roof looks great. Special thanks to Adam Meyer, Holden’s sales rep. We called Adam after another contractor had fumbled the meeting with our insurer who then rejected the claim. Adam setup a second meeting with insurer to review roof wind damage expecting to meet a new rep. However, the same rep showed up! Adam patiently reviewed the situation and the rep reversed his findings, writing a check for the work before he left. Heck of a job.
