Kathie C review about company Ryan Roofing

Mr. Ryan did our roof. We had him come out for repairs within the warranty period. The SAME area had to be repaired again after the warranty period ran out. We called him many times then he finally came out to do an estimate. Weeks passed with no word, we called him again, at which time he seem to forget he came to our house. We asked if he wanted our business or not? He said, "if you want to go elsewhere you can". His customer service is HORRIBLE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
