From start to finish we have nothing but high praise for Elite Roofing. Kenny our sales rep was honest, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process and asked us what we wanted and gave us options. He answered all of our questions and most of all listened carefully to our concerns. Everything he said unfolded exactly like he promised. Our calls and questions were responded to promptly and the timeline we had requested was honored. The crew was so efficient, fast and professional. They treated our home with respect and took care to cover our plants and/or move furniture out of harms way. Each day before they left for the day they spent time picking up any roofing materials or nails. After the job was done, they were conscientious in picking up and cleaning up any debris from the work. They left our yard and gutters, etc. in excellent condition. The inspector promptly contacted us to schedule his final inspection and came the next working day after completion. Our new roof is not only beautiful but we have the confidence in knowing the product and labor are the highest quality. We highly recommend this company.
