deborah ponder review about company Litespeed Construction Asheville

I called this company twice because I have roof damage. They either blew me off or their process doesn't work. Apparently, the dispatcher can't schedule work so she takes a message and says someone will call to schedule an appointment. The first time my call wasn't returned, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was near the holidays. The second time my call wasn't returned, I was disappointed because of the wasted time. I give them one star because at least they have a live person answering the phone. I would recommend they give her the ability to "soft schedule" appointments because their current process doesn't work and wastes customer's time. I regret waiting on them to schedule an appointment and wish I would have called another company.
