Jeanmarie Stinson review about company Olympus Roofing

I bought a flat-roofed 1961 ranch house back in November. My realtor worried about my roof from the start...so did the inspector. They persuaded me to have it checked out, and I called Olympus. Olympus told me I'd need a new roof, sooner rather than later. In a fit of madness, I ignored their advice - used their report to lower my home's price - and bought my little house. As a skier, I loved the snow this year - I went a couple times per week. But...as the weather warmed up, and the snow started to melt from my roof, a leak formed. Right over my newly-refinished hardwood floors. I stressed. Should I patch, or replace?! And then the spring rains came. And the leak grew worse. I looked at patching, I can't lie. Used a company recommended by a friend. They came, and patched. The leak came back. I called Olympus. Don - who'd assessed my roof initially- came straightaway. He had several others lined up in front of me, but he said he'd ask them if me - my roof - could come first. Because I truly needed it. The price was the same as he quoted back when I bought my house. Fair, and reasonable. They watched the weather, waiting for two clear days. Then they raced to replace it. They did a great job. :)
