Tyler Horn review about company Martin's Roofing

I believe a company is built on quality work and great customer service. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with on the East end. They replaced a roof and didn't replace 5 pieces of trim that were horrifically rotten, when asked to replace them they came by didn't get out of the car and didn't respond for over a month. Then one day they came and nailed metal sheets over the completely rotten wood. I called to ask why the pieces weren't replaced and was told "the wood is fine." I expressed that I was sure the wood was completely destroyed and then guy hung up on me.... I dont get angry about situations I just hope people do the right thing so I asked for a call back to resolve things and they do not answer me. Pretty horrible. Shows that they do not care about their customers AT ALL and cut corners to make an extra buck at the clients expense. Better off finding a good local company who takes pride in their work.
