John C review about company Northern Home Improvement, Inc.

I've used them for over 25 years. In my opinion, each time I dealt with Larry he has provided less and less service with a lackadaisical attitude. I made a point of asking him for separate estimates for 3 jobs I wanted done in my home (as I may not have wanted to do all at the same time). I received in the mail one estimate with all combined. I have also had other problems with him as well with followup. I have spent a great deal there, but, I do not know if I will buy there again unless I get someone else who listens and has a sense of urgency.
