Awful! I called Oct 1st to make an appointment. The first available Saturday was Oct 20th but I work in NYC so I had no other choice. The receptionist confirmed the price & we were set. I waited all day, Saturday, Oct 20th & when I called, the receptionist said she had me in for the following Monday! I begrudgingly rescheduled for Oct 23rd. I worked from home & called at 3pm to confirm appointment. Receptionist said a tech was on his way. 4:15pm a tech calls & tells me he cannot send anyone because the prices have gone up. I told him I already confirmed price with receptionist 3 weeks ago & I've now been waiting 2 days for them! He says she's new & shouldn't be quoting prices & that's not his problem. I wouldn't let these unprofessional, trainwrecks near my house if it was free. Take your business anywhere else but ALL-PRO!
