Ashley's Resume Service review about company Fischer Roofing Contractors

I have contacted this company over 10 times to come look at my roof leak. They installed my roof to my newly renovated patio that that I just recently got remodeled. My patio renovation was over $10,000. I got insurance added to my roof for 15 years on main and rear. My roof was replaced in 2013 and for the past year, for every rain storm, snow storm, or blizzard, I have had major roof leaks in my patio which has now damaged my ceiling, new walls and hardwood floors. Might I add once more, the cost of my patio was $10,000 and I have called to complain numerous of times and the problem still has not been fixed. I was promised that a manager would call me last week, (STILL NOTHING). I was guaranteed a warranty with this replacement and I am highly unsatisfied with the labor, customer service and overall, the customer loyalty.
