Susan VanDeventer review about company Quality Wood Truss Inc

This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. They did not make the trusses as we ordered and they would not pass inspection the way they were made. Tommy REFUSED to make them correctly and would not negotiate or discuss any type of solution. He simply yelled and hung up . We were forced to repair them ourselves at OUR COST...After filing in small claims against Quality Wood Trusses , they hired a lawyer and asked for a jury trial....anything to keep from admitting they are wrong. Check the BBB and look elsewhere. Tommy is a thief !
