I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge displayed during our roofing experience. The co-owner, Mr. Charlie Wilson, helped with each step involved. This area was beaten badly by two severe hail storms. The insurance company sent an adjuster both times and both times they refused to replace the roof due to hail damage. Each house on all sides of us received new roofs due to hail damage. How could my house have been spared? I was advised to call a roofer and an adjuster to examine the roof together. Mr. Wilson immediately contacted the adjuster to arranged a time for the inspection. He made sure to keep us informed regarding each phase of the process. The workers arrived and Mr. Wilson was with them. I was extremely thankful and impressed he stayed each day during the entire project. Being alone with several workers makes me extremely anxious. Unfortunately, in this day and time, you can't be to careful. Tarps covered the plants and ground to catch as much of the debris as possible. The workers used magnets to pick up stray nails and other metal pieces. Mr. Wilson jumped in to help with picking up trash or any job needing attention. He also took before and after pictures of the roof. I couldn't believe the difference. Several neighbors stopped to complement the roof. I am proud to recommend Gulf South Roofing & Solar, Inc.
