In short, save yourself some stress and go somewhere else --look at how many one stars! Its a small island, word gets around. Ask at church, school. Bad experiences far outweigh the occasional good one. Poor communication and its never their fault. Poor follow through, never their fault. Place a lien on your house without telling you, Seven months and no one from Moore's has looked at the sprinkler or pavers their fork lift messed up. Act as your agent with the insurance company in their interests but when it comes it your interest they are not responsible, you should have known. I could go on and on. If there were this many one stars when I chose them, I would have walked. I don't write reviews even when I have a bad experience so for me to write one tells you volumes. I hope at some point that they realize that customer service and reputation is very important especially on a small island. If they don't change, they won't last.
