Patrick Fossell review about company Elder 1 Contracting

Work was completed within a few weeks of agreement, roof looks good, so far no leaks. Communication after the sale was terrible. Wasn't notified of day materials would be delivered like i asked. The individuals who showed up to install the roof were not who I was told would be there (was originally told Mr. Elder and his crew would be installing the roof). Instead an IL plated truck showed up, I didn't allow them to start until someone from Elder1 called me back to confirm they were with the company since the individuals who showed up told me they were sub contractors. Had some decking that needed to be replaced around the chimney, the roofers on site tried to use some cheap plywood that was not appropriate for roofing. I made them go to home depot and acquire the appropriate material. After the roof was installed the Warranty and Lean Waiver that were initially provided had the incorrect address. Additionally the bill receipts had the wrong address as well. Took about a week to get the updated paperwork, bill receipt was still incorrect but wasn't as concerned about that as I was the warranty and lean waiver. I called three times for them to come pick up the extra materials left behind, the materials are gone now but I doubt it was Elder1 that picked it up, it all sat out front of my house for over a month so I assume someone else took it.
