Mocha Mommie review about company Excellent Roofing

I had my roof replaced one year ago with Excellent Roofing and noticed a leak in my guest bedroom. Naturally, I assumed it was the roof (it wasn’t). When I contacted their office the secretary advised me that the staff was out of town and would return the following day. I contacted them the following day and was able to set an appointment for the next day. The owner came out himself to look at the leak and explained that it was not the roof leaking. He went the extra mile to determine what was leaking and was able to inform me that my upstairs bathroom tub was leaking. He recorded a video of the water leaking from the pipes attached to the tub and sent me the video so that I could show the plumber. It’s rare that you have such great customer service or anyone who is willing to go above and beyond to assist you. I will definitely use them again. I wish he owned a plumbing company as well! 😊
