Margaret Magone review about company Ford Wholesale Co., Inc.

The first time I called they acted like they were not interested in answering any of my questions. They told me to ask my roofer. I am a female homeowner who has two workers who do most of the installation, and we have also helped, so need tips and advice, yes, but completely useless, not really. I ultimately ordered from them because they deliver for $75, and unload it on the roof. I have been happy with their product, and they have a wide range of products. When I returned for more (because don't order more than you need as there is a 20% restocking fee), they didn't have any record (that they wanted to look up) so it was up to me to know exactly what I needed more of. I will still use this vendor because of the price, location, and variety of in stock items, but agree that they act like you are bothering them when you ask for a product, and load it so that some of the flashing was thrown out of the bed of the truck by the roll of roofing paper, so I had to go back and repurchase it as it was destroyed.
