Konstantin Shelegeda review about company Great Lakes Roofing & Siding

Roof was left with a large ridge down the middle and the shingles are buckling and look uneven. The company came out to take a look at the roof and continues to deny that the job was done incorrectly. We just wanted a job well done but we are very dissatisfied by the lack of customer service. Please consider other companies before this one. It may save you many future headaches. Update: We were told that all the plywood was replaced, so the should be no old plywood remaining. If we were told that it all had to be replaced, we would have agreed seeing as it is structurally important. Also, it’s been less than a year and the roof is leaking into the house. Our furnace has sustained WATER DAMAGE and has to be replaced as a result of the leaking roof put in by Great Lakes Siding & Roofing. Please DO NOT put your trust in Rick or Kim or anyone at this company. They will pressure you to get your roof replaced before then end of the year so they can drive their sales up. It’s obvious they do not care about the customer. After reaching out for help, they refused to fix the roof. The entire process was rushed and done incorrectly. We deeply regret using their services.
