Kenny Martin review about company Louisville Roof Repair & Replace

This is what they did to my daughters furnace flue "repairing" a roof leak, they covered it a week ago with a tarp that can catch fire and still haven't come out so she has been without heat for a week not to mention if she operated the furnace this would be both a fire hazard and a carbon monoxide poisoning hazard. We have phones them over 10 times and Joel, the lady who answers the phone always says "its the production side that has to take care of it" then never calls back with an update even though we keep calling back since they still haven't said they are coming out. The night temps are in the freezing numbers now too and will be for the next week. Nick Rescoe sent an email stating "we are aware of the situation and she has been added to our priority list".. so if a safety hazard AND a leak aren't a priority deserving IMMEDIATE attention will your roof be?
