Google 2014 review about company Carolina Roofing & Guttering
Just called them and asked very nicely if they handle roof leaks? She said "is it a shingled roof?" "Yes ma'am it is." She said "We don't handle shingle roofing anymore, we phased out of it." I said "Ok, well thank you any......." CLICK. Wow. No "sorry I couldn't help you, have a nice day" or even just a "goodbye". Guess I'm glad I will be finding someone else. I personally really appreciate kindness and great customer service!
