Slacker X review about company Pleasant Valley Metal Roofing & Siding

I sent a bill of materials for pricing days ago. I talked a person yesterday and verified it was received, but still have not gotten a response. Additionally I asked if I could stop by to see samples on a Saturday and was told that as long as I was there by ten am it would be no problem. After driving all the way there, they were closed and when I called and spoke to the same person they conviently acted like they never spoke to me before. I love to support local businesses but this one needs to get their stuff together. Maybe after they've grown they will realize how important customer service really is.
