Adam Falk review about company DaBella

I would leave 0 to negative stars if I could They talk a nice talk but do not deliver on their promise. I was impressed by the presentation and paid a $12,000 deposit. Right before the installation was to happen I was told that they were not going to install the roof vent system and that the 'Golden Pledge' warranty I agreed to was not going to be provided and that i was going to get the 'Systems Plus limited warranty' which is only 25 years instead of 50 years non prorated. I did my best to work with them and got the run around and lots of nice talk but no real response. my calls were dodged, emails ignored and no answers to my concerns. I asked to have the contract voided and my deposit returned because they could not provided the contracted warranty and had not provided the required addendum regarding the reinstallation of my roof top antennas. I was told that they would review my request on the following Monday. I waited two weeks and have heard nothing. once again my emails and calls are being ignored and dodged. They are bait and switch promising a premium service and product but at the last minute try to change it up hoping that you will just go ahead and take it with out changing the price to reflect the reduction in what you paid for. I strongly urge anyone to avoid these guys.
