Great experience. Steve treated me very well. He was understanding that this was my first roof replacement and he was there explaining the steps each part of the way. He did follow up when I had a very small leak that was in my vent system. The dampness did not show up until 4 months after our install. We had one of those crazy sideways torrential summer rains. Steve came out quickly and stopped the leak We wait another several months to make sure the ceiling is dry. Stave is set to come out at the end of this week to repaint the ceiling. We have a popcorn ceiling and when it became damp the popcorn bits came down. Steve will be coming out to repaint the popcorn ceiling that was damaged when it became damp. As a side note, the drywall did not come down, just the popcorn paint mixture. Wonderful Service! Everything All Pro Roofing promised I received. High Quality Service! As a customer, the true test of high quality customer service is how you are treated after the sale if something does unfortunately go wrong. This company treated me like gold.
