Terrible customer service in Vancover. Had to call numerous times , never got a callback. Finally got through and was told she had to talk to estimator before she could tell me a price or delivery date,but she would call me back. Never Happened! Finally got through after trying for three days. ( no call backs from messages left) Got a delivery date and approx time. waited 2 hrs on date then called only to be told that I would have to wait until next week sometime for delivery. I needed a minimum order so Maybe they are not interested in small orders.
